(No extensive cleaning)
Planning and cooking nutritious meals, including cleanup.
Specialized approaches focused on supporting consumer with progressive cognitive decline through safety, routine, and person-centered care.
Prompting consumer to take medications at correct times ( Note: consumer care associates cannot administer medications).
Support consumer through transitional support after discharge, aid and assist in recovery, managing conditions, and preventing re-admission.
Focus on pain management, comfort, emotional/spiritual support, and supporting the consumer and their loved ones during the final stages of a terminal illness and/or nearing death.
Short-term care to give family caregivers a necessary break. (coming soon)
